Please be advised that IT Services will conduct essential maintenance on some of our systems on 10 & 20 December, which may affect you.

Changes to the MyAbertay OASIS tile - Wednesday 10 December

The OASIS tile on MyAbertay is being updated to make logging in easier with the addition of Single Sign-On.

With Single Sign-On, you will no longer need to type in your ID and password to log in; instead, you will be signed in automatically.

The first time you use the new tile, you'll see a screen like the one below. Don't worry, this is part of the setup and only happens once. Click the Accept button when it appears to proceed.

SITS and OASIS maintenance - Saturday 20 December

Essential maintenance is taking place on SITS and OASIS from 6 am to 10 am on Saturday 20 December.

During this time, SITS and OASIS will be unavailable. The following connected systems will not update during the maintenance period:

• MLS
• Active Directory
• Jisc Attendance
• Alma
• Flywire
• Evasys
• Akero
• SITS automated emails

These systems will resume syncing data once system maintenance concludes.
